Natália Versiani

Natalia’s practice is focused on trademark and patent litigation in the Life Sciences and ICT sectors, with particular emphasis on the strategic handling of complex disputes and the protection of intangible assets. She further expanded her legal knowledge during an exchange program at Université Paris X, specializing in Digital Law and European and International Litigation. The international experience has strengthened her ability to manage cross-border legal challenges.In addition to her academic pursuits, Natália is actively involved in arbitration competitions and student leadership, having served as the president of her university’s Law Academic Athletic Association, where she managed institutional partnerships and events.
