Yasmin Kronemberger has been working with IP, particularly patents, for 7 years, focusing on pharmaceutical, chemical, biotechnology and agrochemical inventions. She has experience in patent prosecution, including analyzing and preparing replies to office actions from the Brazilian Patent and Trademark Office (BRPTO), carrying out prior art and equivalence searches, as well as preparing arguments in post-grant oppositions. She is also experienced in carrying out validity and infringement assessments, FTO analysis and in developing technical arguments to assist the litigation team. Yasmin also assists clients in earlier stages of patent protection by carrying out patentability analysis of their inventions and drafting patent applications.
