4Rodrigo's professional journey is marked by a robust tenure in some of Brazil's big IP firms, where he specialized in patent prosecution, particularly in electronics and telecommunications. Working with trial lawyers, Rodrigo has also been instrumental in crafting technical strategies for complex patent infringement and invalidity lawsuits.

He holds a BSc in Electronic and Computer Engineering and is pursuing a law degree and a postgraduate degree in Astrophysics. In 2023, Rodrigo was acknowledged in Leader's League as a Highly Recommended for Patent Prosecution in Intellectual Property in Brazil.

Working closely with trial lawyers, Rodrigo has also been instrumental in crafting technical strategies for complex patent infringement and invalidity lawsuits.

He holds a BSc in Electronic and Computer Engineering and a postgraduate degree in Astrophysics, and is pursuing a law degree. In recent years, Rodrigo has been recognized on multiple occasions by World Intellectual Property Review (WIPR) and Leader's League as a Highly Recommended for Patent Prosecution in Intellectual Property in Brazil.

Rodrigo’s expertise extends beyond his professional practice, as he has actively engaged in numerous courses and lectures related to Intellectual Property, both as student and teacher. Notably, he represented Brazil in a patent training course in Japan in 2018, achieved the highest score in an extension course offered by the School of the Magistracy of the State of Rio de Janeiro (2022), and lectured at the Brazilian Association of IP Agents (2015) and at the Japanese-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce (October 2023).
